This project represents a head office for BankService in the town of Shumen, data servicing the different branches of the commercial banks.

The chosen and purchased by the investor building was a two-storey residential one. Adding two more levels above allowed the disposition of offices, a computer-room, conference room and in the extension of the building – installation premises (diesel-generator, etc.).

The building is situated on a steep terrain so its vision had to correspond to the distant and close point of views.
